The APR is accurate as of June 5, 2023.
The Annual Percentage Rates (APR) are subject to change without notice, and are calculated using an assumed loan amount of $10,000.00 amortized over the maximum term and a loan to value of 80%. The APR reflects pre-paid finance charges as well as the anticipated interest expense over the life of the loan. Your APR will vary based on your final loan amount and finance charges. To qualify for the rates herein, an automatic debit from a First Northern Bank and Trust Checking or Statement Savings Account is required, or the rate will be higher. Rates require minimum credit scores. Other rates are available for lower credit scores and are subject to First Northern Bank and Trust credit policies. Additional fees may apply in some instances. Home Equity rates apply to first lien Mortgages with a maximum loan-to-value ratio (LTV) of 80%. Borrower(s) will be responsible for a $75.00 Application fee and other costs incurred by First Northern Bank and Trust in processing the loan. Financing for Unimproved Land “Lots” is subject to a narrative-style land appraisal by a Bank-approved Certified Appraiser and the maximum amount of financing will be based on 65% of the appraised value or purchase price, whichever is less. Loans are subject to credit approval. Payments do not include amounts for taxes and insurance premiums and the actual payment will be greater. Property insurance is required. Other terms and conditions may apply. Ask your Customer Service Representative for a complete disclosure of the terms and conditions.
